Team Manager: There is no requirement for a Team Manager for this event.  If an athlete has a query, please visit the TIC Tent located at the 100m Start Line for advice. 

​

JAC Location: We will be set up on the hill near the 1500m start line for the weekend.  Join us to cheer on our competing athletes.

​

Bib Collection: Athletes will receive a bib with their name which is to be worn for this event.  They are not to wear their current Junior or Senior Bib Numbers.  Athletes are to collect their competition bib at least 1 hour prior to the Call Room time, for their first event.  Bibs are to be collected from the TIC Tent, near the 100m Start Line.  Athletes will receive 2 bibs.  Bibs are to be fixed to the front and back of their Centre Uniform with 4 pins.  The only exception to this is for Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump and Pole Vault.  Athletes in these events may opt to wear 1 bib affixed with 4 pins.

Call Room: Please make sure you are aware of the Call Room times for each event.  Call Room times can be found in the Rules of Competition.

​

​Clash Form: Please ensure you complete the Clash Form for your athlete if they have a clash with their events.  This will then be handed in to the Call Room when presenting for the athlete's first event.

​

Protests & Appeals: If, after discussion with the relevant Referee, you wish to protest a fee of $55.00 is required to be paid at time of lodgment of protest.  This is to be paid by the athlete.  Joondalup Athletics Centre will not be responsible for this fee.

​

​National Progression:  This event is a qualification event for the Australian Track and Field Championships which will take place in Perth from Friday 4th to Sunday 13th April 2025.  The top 3 athletes in each age group per event will qualify for the WA State Team.  Athletes who do not finish in the top 3 can also qualify by obtaining the entry standard released by Athletics Australia. Entries close Sunday 16th March 2025.
